Allow Aramusha to cancel any heavy attack except first one with blockade.

Um how about no, this suggestion would actually make me want to beat people to death who use this guy during this. His blockade is already ridiculous to deal with I am just glad a lot of people suck other wise this would be nearly impossible to beat, causing me to leave any session with him in it. So NO ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY.
