Should Wu Lin be added to the faction war? I mean they have been in the game for a few months now and I haven't heard anything about this. Heck if they get added they might finally beat the Vikings. Maybe we'll hear something next season.
Is there any reason Ubi wouldn't do this?

They could add them, but the Vikings would still win everything. I don't know how they adjust soldier numbers in the faction war but it seems that there are far more Viking players than Samurai or Knight, so all I see on the map is that we are losing territories by 10s of millions of soldiers to the vikings.
But yeah, at this point, they could just remove it as it (imho) doesn't add that much to the game - except for the Viking players, who get a lot of chests and borders for free. I think these borders and other rewards could be moved to become end-of-season ranked rewards (based on division), so it would reward individual performance rather than player counts in your faction.
