AVIRA Optimizer Host

msconfig/ start as admin / service / disable avira optimizer host

yes i did nothing helps
all latets drivers etc full clean install latest windows 10 64 bit same problem again and again

today removed the game from ssd put it on the same disk as breakpoint and no succes ..........

2 months now without wildlands.......nice ubisoft very nice
well ubisoft ubisoft what the hell are you doing 3 week i dont hear from you then i have 4 days to react wtf maybe some poeple work ?
so ubisoft thinks that the problem heas solved itself
maybe stop buying ubisoft product

I am having a similar issue. The game randomly just won't launch properly and freezes on a black screen from which I can only task kill it in order to get out. I have been having this issue since Sunday after I played the open Beta for Breakpoint. I uninstalled the Breakpoint Open Beta and then tried to play Wildlands and the game was either freezing on a black screen and unable to launch or when it did let me play it would freeze during my gameplay and then I would be unable to launch it past the frozen black screen again.

I have never had a single technical issue with Wildlands previously. The only things that have changed for me has been the Mercenaries update to Wildlands and the fact that I played the Breakpoint open beta. I don't know if these things are somehow the culprit or not.

Here are the various solution I have tried:
- disabling Discord's overlay,
- not running Discord at all nor any other applications,
- verifying the game files via Uplay,
- uninstalling the game and re-installing it,
- repairing Easy Anti-Cheat,
- running Uplay with Admin rights,
- running the GRW.exe directly with admin rights,
- repairing the Visual C++ Redistributables
- installed the Certificates from Easy Anti Cheat
- added Wildlands to my anti-virus exceptions
- disabled Uplay's cloud save synchronisation

None of these proposed solutions have worked. The game sometimes launches like normal and runs just like it should, and I can play it for however long I want but then the very next time I try to launch the game again it won't go past the frozen black screen. Nothing I do seems to change when the game will run and when it won’t. Currently I cannot get the game to launch past the frozen black screen again. All I know is that I have never had any technical problems with Wildlands before the Mercenaries update and the Breakpoint Beta. The system that I run the game on has not changed.

I have submitted a support case and I am hoping that someone at Ubisoft can find a permanent solution to this issue.

for me since Gosht recon wildland ubisoft is dead. it's been more than 2 months since I posted a request for help on the forum and the request for support. the only answer I got is / can you rest the live x files and I know more about what else. thank you Ubisoft for your support which is useless. Thanks to the real people who give real tricks but nothing has managed to run wildland from LOADING loop screen. ,Thanks ubi TEAM . other editors take better care of their games and their comunity .
