When I try to login to my Ubisoft Club Account on the Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered main menu it says “Error invalid email address or password” when they aren’t incorrect cause I can sign into my Ubisoft account on other devices. It only gives me this error in the Nintendo Switch. Help.
I have been having the same issue as well. I opened a support ticket and so far have only gotten the standard reset router, try different DNS servers, or bypass router firewall. I tried all to no avail, but suspected this was not the problem as I have no problem connecting over WiFi via Android app and on PS4. Everyone who has this issue should open a support ticket. Looking over various forums, It's obviously a problem on their end when this many people are affected...
