    We need a harder difficulty level

    Seriously, its time for a harder level adding, heroic is extremely easy now its actually silly saying its the hardest content outside the raid. 18.13 minutes for Heroic Capitol Building, this used to be 30-45 minutes.
    Combo of high skill/explosive and high DPS builds just wreck everything.

    I know not everyone will find it easy but clearly a lot do so instead of nerfing the hell out of builds or buffing NPC's just add another difficulty level for the ones that want a harder challenge and leave what we have alone for people that are happy with the current difficulty.

    And please add the other fractions to the harder levels, mix things up a bit.

    It took a while to get legendary on D1, give it time.

    Would love a world tier Survival level, where hunger/thirst/disease and dehydration come into play.

    We pick up food/water/soda/antibiotics and such in the game so let us use them as a means to survive, cut out half the Safe houses and no fast travel let us find cool inside buildings to stave off dehydration, antibiotics to stave of potential disease or if we get one., more thirsty you are the less you can run same withy hunger, dehydrated, you can't shoot or aim straight.

    I mean we are in a post bio/pandemic outbreak, so let us ramp it up with a survival world tier. it would certainly make things interesting and more varied instead of just a run and shoot open world.


    Well this is a personal opinion and what I would like to see, many will diss-agree and some will agree but hey why not?

    It would be different to just bumping up the enemy difficulty

    Difficulty can come in many forms.

    Simply upping the health and damage of NPCs will only cause frustration, especially among those who don't run the meta builds. I still think bringing back Incursions is the right play, and making them Heroic only.

    But, the difficulty would come down to added mechanics, encounters, and enemy types that can't all be managed with DPS. They wouldn't have to be long missions, and they wouldn't need to have mechanics or puzzles that only the best of the best can crack. They would be harder alternative end game content. They would be harder than normal Heroic simply because of the added mechanics.

    They didn't do the last two Legendary missions until the second to last patch in division1, patch 1.8.2
    the first were in 1.6 I believe.

    Making heroic missions scale to group numbers would be a good easy start.

    I believe they already do. The more in your group the harder they hit, and more health the NPCs receive.

    Nope sadly, heroic missions are always scaled to a group size of 4 no matter how many are actually in it.
