I'm getting 1-1,5 sec frame drops and during that time period, my character suddenly go forward in actions while opponent isn't affected by it.

This has started happening after Jormund patch. It doesn't happen with every opponent, but when it does it happens a lot and especially in duels(also in custom games).
I have green NAT, stable latency around 25 and 144fps with 144hz monitor. This glitch makes FH unplayable and I don't really know what to do. I've tried resetting router, but it didn't fix the problem.

Please propose possible fixes.
