Like the title says, everyone can still just roll out of all of Highlander's mixups. Something needs to be done to help Highlander. He is in need of some changes/buffs. With the upcoming changes to Cent, Glad, and WL, Highlander will be down at the very bottom with PK.

For some reason light attacks dont often interrupt his kick or caber toss

I'm not sure really what you are talking about. I've never seen an attack fail to interrupt caber toss. Sometimes the kick lands at the same time as the attack and the Highlander takes the hit while also kicking the person away, which is terrible for Highlander because he has to reset back into Offensive Form.

Either way, Highlander needs some changes. His viability is just not what it used to be and the roll changes did not help him.
