I too have lost all progress after the 500mb update. Please fix!

I'm sorry to hear that you can't see your heroes and content currently! I've seen some other reports of this today, and the issues were temporary, so I don't think you should be worried. I checked your account, and I only see PC and one session on PS4.

Did you mean to click Xbox for the tag on this thread? If not and you are discussing your PC copy, I see you as level 24 on our end. Restart your PC and let me know if the issue persists!

If you did mean Xbox, please send me your gamertag in a PM.
