    New update deleted all my progress!!!

    I just finished this 500 mb update, log in, and it makes me select a faction. So i figured maybe the update let everyone choose a new faction. As i get to the main menu i notice my rep5 hulda looks like a rep one. I go to look around a bit more, and i see all my characters are gone. All my reps, my 20k+ steel, everything i purchased, and my campaign. Why!!!!!! I tried restarting but it did nothing. I’ve played this game since the BETA and this never happened before. What do i do!!

    Same!! all progress is gone. Pretty sure they'll roll this update back or something.

    I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to see your character progress currently! I highly recommend clearing your Xbox cache by unplugging from the power for two minutes. Are you then able to see your heroes and steel?

    I tried it but it didn’t work. The game is acting like if this is my first time playing. Picking a faction, playing the tutorial etc....There’s a few post about the situation after the update.

    Hey Ozymorpheus, could you let me know if the issue with your progress appearing lost persists now that the maintenance is finished? Everything should now be back to normal, so please do let me know if you're continuing to experience issues.
