I am currently in a Breach Match in the map Walled City. During 2nd fase I got killed and a player eventually comes up to me to revive me. As he gets close to fully reviving me he gets replaced by a bot but the white revive circle continues to grow until eventually completely full. Although the circle is completely full, I did not actually get revived. The death screen stayed the same. I was very close to not being able to be revived anymore and eventually passed that threshold to the point where the red skull appears and reviving is impossible.
Yet even after the red skull the option to revive myself and take a point from our life bar was impossible. It did not say "Press X to respawn" on the screen. (I have made a photo aswell).
For the rest of the game I was stuck spectating my fellow players who were now stuck in a 3 versus 4 against the enemy because of my inability to respawn. The game didn't kick me for inactivity for a while or automatically respawn me after a minute. After about 5 to 10 minutes of waiting and hoping nothing changed and I decided to leave the match. Upon leaving I received a 15 minute matchmaking penalty.
I know that this might be a very, very rare occuring bug but it's still out there and just wanted to share that with the For Honor team.
