    Allow players the ability to join a game they Disconnected from

    I have disconnected from games randomly due to servers lag and my friends that I queued with would still be in there. It is SUPER FRUSTRATING when you randomly get disconnected and become unable to join your team back to help them. We should have the option to join back a dominion match that we got disconnected from (and replace the bot ourselves). Allow for a 5 minute timer, if the player doesn't join back within 5 minutes, then you can have the bot be replaced by a random player.

    You can change the 5 Minute suggested time for each game type accordingly. But then again, this type of functionality is heavily requested in 4v4s game modes like dominion/breach not really in 2v2s.

    I'd love to see this implemented, too. I encountered such bugs quite a few times, too: I would join in with a party and the other member is just randomly thrown out (with some random error message) while the game starts with me in.

    I've always wanted something like that implemented and For Honor is quite lacking in that department compared to other titles. However, this is delicate to get to work properly due to the casual nature of For Honor. You cannot have it in the everyday match with randoms where people just ragequit and unplug their cable in order to get no penalty but would not bother to come back. It is quite important that spots are filled ASAP and 5 minutes per leave is way too much for normal matches and a reason for the rest to throw the entire thing.

    I agree however on two things where it makes sense to me:

    When in a group with friends, then it is more likely that you want to stay with said friends and return to the game. Ergo they would want to have you back in there. However: How would you target the issue if two friends of yours say after a match they've had enough for today but due to the still way too long dismanteling process and what not they still end up in the next match? Then you have two leavers that leave a 5 minute spot which is guaranteed to not be filled. So that is an entire game that is thrown for you and the random guy right there. ATM the system still tries to find potential queuers to join so that the actually match can finally start with a more healthy amount of players

    the other case I would think of is when you are pretty late in the game of breach (third stage i. e.) and then get kicked out due to latency or sth like that. Then I think it should definitely be possible to rejoin the last session. Due to the fact that players can only join a match in the later stages of stage one I think this should be pretty easy to implement.

    For other game modes I believe this kinda works the same atm so this should be possible.

    I agree with you @Klingentaenz3r maybe the wait time should be 2 minutes instead of 5 minutes? The point is we need this option implemented so that we can re-join a match we randomly got DCed from. Now to counter the idea of rage quitters who won't come back and it would be a waste of 2-5 minutes game time, maybe allow a vote option, where the team can type /surrender to vote for surrender and call the game over, or /votequeue [ID] where they can basically tell the system okay you don't have to wait those 2-5 minutes, just go ahead and get us another player. This way if the guy who left/dced wasn't on call with them, and they are 100% sure he raged quit, then they can simply type "/votequeue 1" to tell the system skip the guy with ID 1 (There should be 4 ids in each 4v4 gamemode, and it should always show the players' ID in the score tab. This way if two people rage quit, you can do /votequeue then get some sort of interface that shows the "bots" and you get to select the bot. It's up for the developers how they want to go at this, i'm just brainstorming ideas.

    I disconnected on purpose out of frustration and then realized I could have powered though. Ironically I rejoined that same session then I had no downside to this as I rejoined it counted as a session in progress and I wouldn't have stats affect if I lost, I did lose and came out on top regardless in my mind and was more happy I had the chance to actually finish the match but because of the joining a session in progress happened I don't think this would work currently and for the record I wasn't able to change my character when rejoining the session I quit from.

    But if this can be implemented that would be great during the moments my power blinks that way I can rush back in. But then how would that work if someone joins in before me?
