My friend has a problem where everytime he joins a multiplayer match, his character is completely unable to move or lock on. The only inputs that actually work are light and heavy attack inputs. We know its not his keyboard, as single player modes like training or story mode work fine for him. Does anyone else have the same issue and have they fixed it ever?

Seems quite odd that he can attack but not move. First things first then, could you please ask him to verify the game files and give it another shot? Thanks!
