The question here that fecog wants to know is: Should a player that still have some eternity gems wait until Professor Chaos is released in an attempt to get him in their Eternity Gems packs, or should they spend them Immediately because there is no way to know when this is going to end.
It is unfair for the player that kept his gems to not know when the limit is right as you announce a new card that is potentially obtainable through those limited time gems.
This, is the issue with not communicating the exact date. Players like to plan to maximize their limited rewards. Providing a date would help the players.

When can we expect some much needed buffs for Mysterion and Call Girl? These two cards are way too underpowered to warrant a Legendary status. High costs, terrible stats at lower levels and awful effects. Mysterion dies with one hit from most characters and takes ages to properly respawn, and Call Girl's is just plain bad. Not only it's restricted to a superhero niche, but it's gimmicky and hard to use. Other than pulling the Coon or Mysterion, her ability isn't advantageous energy wise given her absurd cost, and added to the fact that it's entirely reliant on RNG and the fact that she hits like a wet noodle, there's literally nothing worthwhile about her. Please. Do them these two some justice and make them a couple make them useful units.
Decreasing Mysterion's cost and/or increasing his soul's movement speed would greatly increase his value in any team. As for Call Girl, she needs a cost reduction more than anyone in this game. That, and/or at least give her good stats and turn her ability into a charged one. Right now they're better as trophies than as useful units, and that's disappointing considering they're legendaries.

I did not receive my legandary season pack in the last season a few days ago and i wrote my problem to twitter,ubisoft and in game report section but nobody replied to me. I did not get my pack even tough i was in the legandary arena last season. I want my pack. It would be nice if you reply to me. Have a nice day. Game id = canpk7 i am in the france elite sp team.

It is so simply as it gets that you need to point to an exact date. You say "now" and then you say "not much longer, 1 or 2 more weeks, it's being decided now.
Brilliant - so, when it's decided, let us know with a couple days notice at least.

Sigh, same **** for 2+ years people you think anything’s going to change? Buck can’t communicate properly because he does not have the information himself and when he does its often untrue or not fully developed by the dev staff giving him the information or they are on vacation or it’s the weekend when they don’t work. You should not expect communication to be accurate, on time or come prior to changes. Its proven now that’s now it works.
This is the second time we’ve been told we wouldn’t get gems again so hopefully it’s the truth and if you have more than 700 gems use them because they will be gone soon. If you have under 700 gems or whatever it is for last pack sucks for you I guess.
The matchmaking is **** now with the update and we all know that, but what can they do? No matter what they do we will complain at. But the worst thing about the match making now is how it will entice higher-tier players to quit because the game is nothing but Mystical + Adventure or Mystical + Fantasy. Every game is the same since they have pushed Mystical for years in offers and have made it the feature theme for the game which by the way is the most over powered theme (until they boost Super Hero’s, so they can generate more income) so it’s literally play the same decks over and over and over again. Yea you get ELO faster, but Locker Limits take 2x as long, it’s becoming increasingly maddening to even play the game when all you do is face Pope, Zen, Incan, Somm, WDT, Ninjew, WDT, GWC Over and over and over again. But hey everyone’s complained about derankers for ever now, now you have a floor you can’t dip under unless you tank two seasons in a row. But yea to the point Match Making is ****.
Oh let’s not forget a unreleased card is in for TvT selection this week with I’m sure featured big offer packs and super heroes are also TvT options with being released less than a month ago. Redlynx milking continues. Enjoy the ride.
