First off, I was always a little confused on the details of premeditated. Is the full bonus damage a total of 50% instead of 35% or is it additive and the bonus is a total of 85%?
I did some testing and wanted to find out for sure. I used an 870 on the range. Each pellet hit for around 32k. Then I fired another shot at the target after a full reload with each pellet hitting around 50k giving a bonus of about 50% So that makes sense.
Then I tried the same test with a sasg which yielded unexpected results. Each pellet initially hit for around 17k. After doing a full reload each pellet hit for 23k, a difference of roughly 35%. I thought about why this is and came to a logical conclusion. It's impossible to get the full bonus because, like the acs, you can chamber a shell. When you reload from empty you don't get the maximum number of shells therefore you can't get the full bonus. If you reload with one shell left you get the maximum capacity, but because it wasn't empty you don't get the bonus. So no matter what you do you can't get the full bonus.
Easy fix: take away the ability to chamber a shell.
