Hello, I been playing the game for a couple of months now and I've notice that my audio for the game is going out. I thought it was my sound bar but come to fine out it was the game it self. There are times when I would shoot an enemy and you cannot hear the sound effects of my weapons. Even the audio for dialog would go out also. I been playing the game with others and they are experiencing the same issue. Just wanted to being this to your attention.
I just had this for the first time tonight doing the aquarium assignment. Was fine outside, soon as I walked in, the voices started to play only one half, then the weapons started to sound like I was firing them in from a few miles away until it all cut out. If I opened the map I still got the sound effects but other wise, nothing at all. Event went to the dashboard to make sure it was not the head set but that was fine. Was fine again after a reboot, not sure if it was any thing to do with suspending it for a few hours.
A soon as Possible? Since the Beta OK and with every Patch getting worser and NOW with last Patch UNPLAYABLE... I want my Money back ffs...Originally Posted by Ubi-Swaggins Go to original post
I dont know if your Devs Test the Game or not... The List is soooo long with Bugs...
And Restart the Game is not a Option, then i can reload the Game every 2-5 Minutes with huge Loading Time LOL...
Check this Out on Reddit, a small List....

You aren't going to get your money back. If you aren't going to play the game then just stop. I understand your frustration. Like I personally said. They need to address all the bugs before they move ahead with content changes. Yes I'm aware this is basicall7y calling for a delay in content. Such as episodes 2 and 3. However it would also give whatever team that deals with bugs time to do so. Right now Massive's teams are basically working against each other. One is accidently creating bugs. While the other is trying to fix them. Seems a little counter intuitive to me.Originally Posted by Alagosul Go to original post
The Audio issue. Has been an issue or some people. Some much worse than others. I thought with each update that this was reported, with this one being an exception. That they rolled out a fix pretty soon after it was reported. It can't get any worse than not having any Audio though.. Be real. I haven't seen anyone but myself say to try turning off your system. then turn it back on to see if it fixes the issue. I would highly doubt that your audio goes out every 2-5 minutes.. I feel without some video evidence of this happening. This is a flagrant lie.
No its not a lie its also happening to me............If i restart the game it will fix it for 5 maybe 10 min minutes..........why would people lie about gaming issues ...... what do they gain from it.......gear or maybe a free trip to Disney Land wait wait i know a free car.......how can they not offer a refund its a issue that's been in the game from the start but we all know refunds don't happen.......it sucks playing with no sound u cant hear foot steps no gun fire nothing........I'm not asking for refund just fix the problem already ...................I go to Subway i get a turkey sub i start eating its good but i notice that half the sub has mold on it. What to do 1. just suck up and eat the good half and be happy 2 talk to salesperson about it........Subways response... Sir i can FIX your problem by getting you a new sub or refund you......This is not a new issue its been around 7 MONTHS WITH NO FIX........I know some people play with no sound but thats there choice we have no choice....and who are you to ask for video evidence you one of those forum cops maybe a real life division 2 agent
Here is what I have noticed with the audio issue Devs:
-I changed headphones before I realized it was a Division 2 issues, went from A50 wireless, to SteelSeries wired - problems persists
-This issue happens after I have been on the game for several hours, I would place it around the 4 hour mark and usually hits in an intense/large battle
some part of the sound starts to drop out, come back, and then slowly piece by piece it will all drop out. Usually the last to go is the sound of expended shells hitting the ground.
-Leaving a large battle, sound will come back. Go into another battle, even a small one and the sound is gone
It really looks like the game has a memory leak somewhere, it is eating up resources and losing it ability to process sounds after hours of play.
Hope this helps.
