    Brown Recluse (Violin Spider)
Loxoscelidae (venomous six-eyed spiders) in the order Araneae (spiders)
Maybe "Pain - The White Recluse" because of name and lyrics

Well I certainly could be wrong but first thing I thought when I saw the clue was it’s probably supposed to be inferring to the nazca lines. Could be some other native cultures but the mainline is straight while the other at at an angle but in parallel to them selves and spiders are one of the common creatures found among the designs. Fairly common imagery for that area.

When I see spiders on notation I think of Dave Mustaine's spider chord technique.
Interesting factoid, Dave has a miniature horse named Rocky.

M19 could refer to Magic the gathering deck 19, which has a giant spider card. It’s ability is listed as one word. Reach. A quick search shows a recent song by Skillet called “Reach”
I don’t know **** about Magic or Skillet, but I’m sticking to this guess

They are. Their poison is necrotic so it eats away the flesh around the bite and the necrosis can be hard to stop. They’re also hard to kill as traditional pest control methods have no effect.
