Can we get a word from the devs about the horrible state of matchmaking please? Do they know about it? Have they been working on a fix? Just communicate with your community please.
If you want an abbridged summary of the problem here it is:

And here is the non-abridged summary:
Clutch talking about his own matchmaking experience:

I have reported it, and I'll forward that Twitch clip along as well. My personal experience with matchmaking over the last few days has been solid (at low reps). Is there a chance it's impacting high rep/ELO players more?Originally Posted by Vakris_One Go to original post
Just asking to better understand the issue, not questioning your report.
There's a very big chance that something at the highest skill parameters has gone wrong. My own matchmaking has been mostly fine with the exception of encountering sub rep 20 players twice. But comp level players/streamers like Clutchmeister and Zer0_craic have been encountering rep 0s and sub rep 20s non-stop every day for the past week. It's all documented on their streams.Originally Posted by UbiInsulin Go to original post
This is a particularly bad experience for all the new players that joined recently as well as for high level and competitive streamers who wanted to showcase For Honor at its best. I really hope the team is already aware of this if they've been watching any high/comp level streamers.
Halvtand has provided some great examples. CandleInTheDark has a thread up talking about this.

And I also have a thread up with screenshots of Clutch running into rep 0s non-stop in a row:

Matchmaking at my level seems fine, other than the time it threw me in against skorbrand and I don't know his play level but I would have faced The Filthy Spaniard had my group stayed in a lounge he came into, also had the occasional low rep in the past week, but better me than Clutch.Originally Posted by UbiInsulin Go to original post
It does seem to be the extreme ends of the scale, the comp players were waiting ten to fifteen minutes then it's like the game said well let's throw them at the first players we get and given free weekend they were newbies. It does seem to still be going on though because right now they are spending more time scrimming because that's the only way they can get actual competition. That's those that aren't streaming other games now the twitch drops are done.
