You need first link you ubisoft account with Epic games. Go to Epic games launcher then open library. Click on which game you want to play. Then click on Owned. Link account via web browser. Go back to launcher and start game. You must see in Epic game launcher under game Running.

If you're having troubles logging into the Epic Games launcher you may want to reach out to their Support! Generally I'd recommend turning off any VPNs.

But that still doesn't mean that it works.
I did that (and that was a hassle in of itself) and it worked fine for a bit.
Now after a few weeks I have to log in to my UPlay account again when starting Trackmania over the Epic Launcher an every time there is the error message "An Epic Games service in unavailable at the moment."
Now all of my progress is lost, because if I start the game over UPlay, it treats it like another account. Makes sense.

Ubisoft, you are a multi million dollar company, can you please fix these issues?

I bought Rainbow Six Siege about a month ago,just today I bought the Deluxe Edition.
My two questions are as follows;

I have R6 on Epic Games,I have no problem Launching it,however while opening it says "Server Offline" Or "Not Available" Even though,I have no problem Launching the game. Why is that?
Also,
The Things that were supposed to come with the Deluxe DLC Did NOT Arrive,I have Checked in game.
