How do i transfer saves and data from ps4 to Pc | Forums

So i had a whole bunch of stuff on For Honor on Ps4 and now i want to have all that stuff on My new PC and i cant figure it out. I really need some help

I'm sorry to tell you that you cannot transfer content from the PS4 version of the game to the PC version. I hope you still try the game on PC, though!
