    Double characters outside brawl

Clear and easy if you can't pick the same characters for brawl why let you pick 4 of them in dominion and breach? Any other mode for that matter? Simply fix it makes no sense and even worse when they are "cheap" characters we all know our weaknesses but when they play "cheap" characters and actually PLAY THEM WELL!! then it's like trying to put a heavy backpack on of 3000 pounds and carry it hard. You CAN'T specially when you don't have good teammates due to a still garbage matchmaking which puts rep 25s against rep125, rep 114. While you only maybe equal rep of 125 total and they have rep 300+ reps don't mean nothing but what it DOES MEAN is they have more playtime and that is experience dodging, feints and all other things. Personally I never understood any gaming company they always make stupid choices this is one of them.

Most of us agree that having many of the same characters running at once is an issue. The only time I really see that though is after a patch when everyone wants to play the new guy or a rework. It usually does out for a minute and then it’s back. Having only one available for the size roster we have would make perfect sense though. Also the matchmaking will never be fixed and reps mean absolutely nothing.

Oh I know a new character is always wanted to be played for sure but I could easily be okay with no more than 2 characters per team, it allows for some fun strategies and mix ups but doesn't show ball in to a centurion boxing match against 1 poor soul. 2 centurion then a Hulda and Gladiator is a fun concept easy to fight against but fun to have people on the floor and all the centurions invited to the dance floor and all jumping to be there. Lol! Two is fair three or four see that and throw it out the door. Lmfao.

Okay, but who chooses first? Can I quit if I can't play my favourite, or do I have to sufferbthrough 15 minutes with a character I don't like?

Prepick might ve a solution, but not a good one. A Jörmungandr would never find a lobby now.

The idea behind this would be to have people become better with more than 1 a main a sub main and a back up. Honestly I have seen main Aramusha but they all sucked only in massive numbers was it impossible to fight back against infinity chain from all directions is nuts considering his stamina drain when doing so is easily able to burst 3 characters to death and have enough to do 1 heavy feint.

But I do get it that so.e people have a special main.

I personally have enough mains to choose. But I generally have time to 2-3 games per day, and I usually have a clear plan who will I play in those for that day. Especially since I have to plan my order game for maximal level and steel earned. I would be upset if I would be robbed from the chance of giving those orders for the character I choose.

Edit: It would also generate more rage quits, more bots in the games, and more salts ("lal ya noob, I am ten times better with black prior, why did you pick him if you can't even time your bulwarks?"). And while 4 raiders are oppressive, I doubt anyone would have much trouble with 4 peacekeepers. And a raider, a hito, a lawbringer and a jörm can easily do anything 4 of the same character can.
The problem could be solved with better hero balance. If a character excels in team fights, ganks, 1v1s, minion kills and even damage to pve bosses, 2 9r 3 of them actually helps the team. A team of 4 gladiators will struggle against minions.

I actually wish I could pick and choose whom I never want to actually be forced to play with on my team or against other it would prompt people to start playing legit or end up in a long lobby wait for a match because no one likes them.

I am all for a pre-pick based single pick system, that way it could take into consideration on your skill for that character as well because we all hate having to learn a new character and getting paired against a rep 50 main sweating on his rep 300+ account. Sure it would make it hard to get the character in games, but that is true with all games with single pick and i will take that over having to avoid the game for several days to avoid a gank fest of the new characters which will bore me in 10 minutes. It would also force someone to play something new for once, and probably have fun learning someone new, which people clearly like for how much they flock to a new character when they release.

I personally have a lot of fun playing new characters and once i hit rep 100 i will have 6 characters at rep 8+ and 3 at 7. I have had so much fun with each character.
