I know you guys gave tons of other games to work on and perfect, but these new characters keep getting more and more invigorating with their unpunishable bashes, fast, high damage light attacks that people always spam, and very small kits that just gives one, maybe two good mixups or combos that just encourages using it over and over. The wu-lin and all before them are great, fair charecters who are so fun to play because you have all these moves and tools at your disposal. So please extend new charecters move sets in the future, I think it would make them more fun to play and to play against, on a happier note, I love that you guys are always adding new content on thursdays. Keep up the good work!
I think Jormungandr's punch/grab/unblockable that knocks you down gives an unreasonably high punish to enemies while being (approximately) as fast as BP's shield bash (who only gets a light attack no matter what). Also, if Jormungandr manages to throw you, you are almost guaranteed to be dead in a teamfight, not just because he also gets ~50% of his max health a shield (seriously: 50 (sometimes 80) damage + ~60 shield = >100 delta?), but also because everyone else can lunge at you with a heavy attack while you're there - and they even get to execute you. I consider this (and the 80 guaranteed damage, if you got hit by the 30 dmg unblockable that also knocks you down) too high of a punish. My only suggestion would be to either allow for a higher time of reaction or lower the damage on these combos. I find this move abused quite a lot in matches, which suggests that this class could be close to becoming a one-trick-pony where you just abuse the same move until people learn to play against it (which is actually not that easy since I find that many have trouble dodging the BP shield bash, too).
I didn't find a chance to play with it but played many matches against it. Like SAKURA(hitokiri) hero owners, players with that hero spamming same buttons to drain stamina, then hit you from the top with 50 dmg when you are laying on the ground. + they get shield bonus nearly half of their hp. Sometimes i see 3 players using that hero in my team, or at the enemy team. Which means decisive victory for the the team which has 3 Jormungandr hero. Nearly 1 of it is enough to win.
In short; i am missing good old matches. People were in need of skill to play with nobushi , peacekeeper, lawbringer etc. now we see that most of the people pressing 2 buttons to get kill, drain stamina, and uninterruptible hits. even dodges can't save you. Dmg ourput is too high, stamina drainer attacks nearly instant. Heavies after shield break are nearly instant too.
Can't you just remove hitokiri and jormungandr and take us back to the good old days that requires skills? I think not, so, it seems it's time for me to say good bye to this adventure soon.![]()

Jorm is very annoying and forcing one to turtle and constantly back off.
The immense pause whenever stamina is drained is so freaking long I cannot believe they have not adjusted that. Plus he drains quite a bit. Not to mention that this concept of stamina bullying is completely year 1 season 2 stuff and absolutely not what we wanted in this game. Good thing though you get full stam back after getting hit on the ground, but 50 dmg is also just over the top. The other annoying parts about him are his lame (and again wonky) animations, his terrible fighting pose/style which reminds me more of a drunk than a real fighter/whielder of a weapon and for most part the males shrieking voice lines.
Oh not just that! Then they start that AoE smash near you (not sure what it's called) that is guaranteed to knock you down because you don't have time to escape its area if you're out of stamina. Then they do the flying attack for 50 dmg and they get 50% of their max health as shield, too. Not sure if any class has the ability to chain this many feats into a single combo.
What this guys said sums up everything. He is boring to play with and frustrating to play against. Fighting against him, it feels like you basically only have about a third of your normal stamina amount. Some characters use so much of their stamina for a simple combo or mixup that you can't even do anything or you'll just be out of stamina. Designing a character around draining stamina was a terrible decision. Is there no one at Ubisoft who plays this game and could have said, "Hey you know, this guy isn't fun at all. Maybe we should re-think this stamia drain thing we're doing?" 50 damage for his hammer slam move is too much. His stamina drain is too much. His feats are too strong. If you want to fix this character, you can start there.
