There needs to be a hard ping cap in ranked matches.

In regular matches you can simply leave and find another match when someone has a high ping or is lagging but in ranked there is a heavy penalty for leaving.

Either add a hard cap ping of say 50 or remove the penalty. Players shouldn't have to deal with BS like this.
