    Missing cash

    Just logged in and seem I'm missing 1300 Cartman cash. I definitely didn't spend it so any information on how to reclaim it would be great. Sent a support request and have a screenshot from about 4 days ago with the amount on screen so would be happy to discuss details is DM'd

    Nope I've heard nothing back from them beside the auto response and it's just over a week until the next battle pass which I need the cash for. thanks for messaging though hope this gets sorted soon

    4 days and still no reply feeling like I might as well invest my time on another game. The closer the battle pass reset gets I found the less effort I'm able to muster to keep on top of things as I'm spending more time checking my email hoping for the reply

    STATUS IN PROGRESS We are working on your case

    The issue was first flagged nearly 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to be resolved. I've sent a reminder message again today. I was contracted with some basic troubleshooting advice on the 13th but I replied on the same day stating I'd done the suggested steps and also provided the additional information requested. What is taking so long?

    I have been in touch with CS and they are sorry for the delay. Right now they are dealing with an above-average amount of tickets, but they are working their way through them as quickly as they can!
