So I had 6105, and actually proud to be legendary again, even for a while. (4times During the last season, in fact )

I opened a ticket on Wednesday... No news

And about my old pb with the arena rewards I lost, due to a server pb, Toller said the team was working on it, but 4 months after, no news.

No need to say I begin to become angry, and I got some sand in my ... How they said in the series ? ^^

That's not proof, it's partial information. When they launched the new PVP ladder, they explained exactly how it works in the dev update.

Specifically, in the section detailing the new ladder changes, you'll find this statement:

"The one exception to this, if you drop out of Legendary during the season you will lose those rewards and need to earn a score again."

So the reason you didn't receive a reset pack was because the game was working exactly the way it is supposed to. Work on staying in legendary, then you'll get your prize pack.

So I think it's better that the game informs players in that way :

" you will get a reward, depending on your high rank, unless you still legendary at the end of the season"

because it is not crystal clear in the game and I don't remember,or I forgot to read, the topic you showed me.
