Since the last update my game has failed to download the in game live patch correctly, the game downloads the patch for exactly 45 seconds each time before it gives me the error code 2-00003801. I have submitted a case to Ubisoft support case #09422508 I received 1 reply but I have not received another for 3 days now. I have reinstalled my game multiple times and have followed all troubleshooting steps.

I play on PS4 and ever since the new update that added Jormungandr i've been unable to play as I keep getting the Live update error [2-00003801]. I've deleted and re-downloaded the game and it hasn't fixed the problem. If needed I can upload a video to youtube of exactly what happens and link it. Thanks for reading
