    RE: Team colour swatches

On the recent warrior's den live stream, I believe the Mr. Art Director Guy implied that the reason they don't let players freely choose colour swatches regardless of team was because of "Team Identification".

I promise you, nobody who has ever played For Honor has ever attempted to identify their teammates in the midst of a battle by the colour of their outfits.

Ubisoft, you insult the intelligence of your playerbase by insinuating that that is somehow the method we use to identify our teammates in battle.

There are countless posts on reddit and even here that suggest we simply do not care for team colours. Given the option, the majority of us would much rather be able to freely dye our armors whatever colour we want WITHOUT the pre-defined 3-colour swatches. Colour palettes are not a new thing in video games, why not implement one?

TL;DR Just give us a colour palette and remove this obsolete colour swatch system you have.

I use the color icon that's by their health and stamina bar. So yeah, I don't think outfit colors really mean much.

The color swatches have always been nothing more than a way to artificially bloat this games catalogue of "unlockables"

You are so right. How else would they sell us ridiculous outfits for 20,000 steel so we can have yet another shade of Blue, Green and Yellow.

Exactly, everybody uses the team icons to identify teammates. I've never once thought, "Oh geez, I wonder if that Warden over there is on my team. Let me look at what colour he is wearing real quick while he is surrounded by enemies and dancing around!"
