Hey!
Are you using a wired or wireless connection with your console? If you are connecting wireless, can you try with a wired connection.
Could you also go through the steps found here, especially the part about port forwarding.

If you still get the same issue after this, please let us know, and attach a screenshot showing the ports forwarded as advised.

Have dmz my ps4 wired and wireless same issue have also reinstalled the entire game as well as the database thing and everything else suggested i personally think this is aserver issue perhaps the ping is too far so just loosing packets would explain why it only gets to 30%

I tried everything change my conection and reinstall,,i think the server down,,because everyone in asia server having this problem stopped at 30%
