same here with error PI-UBI-01 ,both epic and uplay are on the same region and the error is on division 2 and breakpoint.....i also opoened a ticket....!!!!

Also this trouble in Epic Games Store with linking to ubi in downloading RS6:Siege. How to solve this problem? I wrote in EGS support, but they don't tell solutions yet.

Same here, I bought Anno 1800 today, and I can't even play it. Yet both my accounts are set to the same country: "France".

Same error here for a different game. Bought Division 2 on Epic Games Store. Linked Epic account with Uplay. Cant launch the game....: PI-UBI-01: 102008: Your game activation was not successful.
Regions are the same on both accounts: Lithuania.
Trying to launch the game from Lithuania.
