The same problem.
I think it's global problem on epic store/ubisoft
I previously bought in december '19 division 2 and steep - everything worked fine
because of new ubi sale - i bought far cry new dawn and today i can't link accounts
please fix that immediately

Today (02.27.2020) bought FarCry 5 in EpisGamesStore now there is a problem with activation. Error PI-UBI-01.
Created a ticket in support of EpicGames, Conversation ID: # 27336177

Bought Anno1800 Gold Edition from Epic Store.

Can't play it as asking for an Activation Key and accounts won't link.

Please fix this Ubi, what's up with ya :'D

Same problem here. Bought Far Cry 5 Gold Edition, both Epic Games Store and Ubisoft are in my region (Brazil) and I still can't start the game due to this error.
