Epic to ubisoft link? | Forums

i can not figure it out for the life of me.. i cant get the link so i can download forhonor from epic lancher or ubisoft..? any sujestions

Hi there, If you have not previously linked your Epic Games account to a Ubisoft account you should be prompted to do this when you first launch one of our products through the Epic Games client. If you are still unable to do so, could you please attempt the steps outlined in the following [URL="https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/Faqs/000041756"].

Hopefully this should resolve query but if you have any problems completing these steps of have any further queries, please feel free to let us know.

Ive followed this and tried it on 3 different types of web browsers and i still cant get it linked. It says its linked and i get a "pi-ubi-01" error

So, how i fixed that error: My epic games account was set in brazil because fortnite stuff is cheaper in brazil currency when I got for honor for free. Stupidly, if you do that, they don't check whether or not you are actually in brazil, but when you try to link they do check your country. So what i did is i used a vpn ( tunnelbear, it's free for 500mb, you only need a couple of mb ) when i linked, and after that i closed the vpn and started the install without a problem.
