[PC]Cannot activate For Honor from Epic Games | Forums

Hello

I am trying to activate For Honor after got as a free game from Epic Store but I got below error message

"PI-UBI-01: Your game activation was not successful.Please check out this FAQ for assistance."

I make sure that I Restart PC, Not using VPN, Activate in same country as advised but still getting the error.

Hi there, thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue while attempting to redeem to promotional copy of For Honor on the Epic Games Store. Once you have activated this product in the Epic Store you should be prompted to link your Epic account to your Ubisoft account, can you confirm whether you receive this error before getting to this step or after you have successfully linked your accounts.? Also, if possible could you provide an image of the specific error you are receiving and also the linked FAQ it is advising you to follow.

I got it from epic games as a free game then download it on my laptop and when i started it it said running then nothing happend i restarted my laptop then tried again please help

i link and verify my account but then i get this error

there seems to be nowhere to check on uibisoft site for epic games linking. you have everyone but epic. this is the first game i really wanted to play on epic. please help me

Hi Ubi-Litten,

I getting this error after successfully link my Epic games account to Ubisoft account, Epic games Support team advised to check with Ubisoft Support to fix this issue.

I already open ticket 09434192 on Ubisoft support site since 3 days but didn't get answer, Also I attached all screenshots and answer of Epic Games support team in ticket.

Hey! Let me know if web browser troubleshooting helps! Make sure to try all options and to restart your PC if you haven't recently.

I did all of these even I test on another PC on another internet connection with all browsers.
