Since TU5 I've had more CTD's than since the game launched.

Doing inventory management or hanging around in BoO can cause one every 5 to 10 minutes. Running around the world or doing missions can cause it to happen every hour or two or sometimes every other complete mission. Unsure why sitting around BoO causes it more often, unless it's flicking through all the stuff in my stash putting new builds together.
