    Was Fun

    I started playing after 15 months pause back 2-3 weeks ago.I had fun explore new heroes , fighting against all the new "stuff" i buyed Hitokiri and Shaolin and after som grind and some practise i made it in to platina 3 in duels after all i was pretty happy.Nothing was that much annoying (raider little bit...) but acceptable...But that new Hero what was released today again took all my hopes in UBISOFT and i am off again. They made so good work in balance to remove spamable ****...Then they release this Hammer ...no more words. Such a shame ... back to MK11

    Dude i dont like how they're couraging spamming with BP and now Jorm but im 100% sure that she gon fall off after few weeks, once people adapt to her bash game. She may be the best bully with her OOS punishes and she has great feats (goodjob ubi btw, im liking how all of the new heroes get more unique feats) but other than that she seems mediocre in duels/2v2.

    Not saying u shouldnt take a break but id advice you to try to learn her kit first, its really not too flexible :P

    I fought some "brained" players and since she have 2x unblockable who suck stamina so fast and guesing game where u gonna try dodge everything u will be rewarded with GB is not hard to predict in 2-3weeks will be this abused so hard.. player with good parry skills and some mixups gb and stamina suck will be able consistently able suck all stamina and then punish so hard...

    Everytime a new hero is release the character is "Broken". 80 dmg is only guaranteed off of oos parry punish and gb. It's not guaranteed off of an oos bash. The timing to get the full 80 is super tricky too (unless you've got your opponent against the wall).

    Why don't we give it a couple weeks and learn how to play as/against the new character before we start saying she's broken.

    I played as and against her for a few hours yesterday, her tracking on the unblockable heavies seems worse than bps' delayed bash. Overall for me so far she seems pretty weak.

    She's ok in 4s, but she feeds so much revenge in a gank that you hardly ever get to do the oos knockdown bash without it being void by revenge. You pretty much have to have a solid team composition to land the hammer slam.

    Valks sweep, lbs pancake flip, bps' bulwark flip, shugokis hug, centurions knockdown punch, Highlanders cabertoss are all moves that can set the hammer slam up.

    So there's obviously some conflicting feedback of Jormun's effectiveness (save for their 1v1 game). What is the best way to deal with Jormun either in a group of high-synergy heroes (like Baggin mentioned) or when fighting a Jormun duo/team?

    So far Jorge in my experience when ganking is strictly a support character. You definitely don't want to mindlessly throw out attacks because he feeds a lot of revenge. So only attack to stop a punish and wait until the opponent is low or out of stamina then you can use his bash for a mega punish. You can also capitalize on some other characters moves that put them on the floor as I mentioned above.

    Please note that I was wrong about what I said earlier, the end of shugokis' hug will not trigger the hammer slam ( I did it once, but could not replicate it).

    Getting ganked is not one of Jorge's specialties, his range on his unblockable attacks is not long enough to hit external targets consistently (personally I think this aspect of him needs buffed). His zone can hit external targets pretty well, but due to it not being unblockable it is rarely useful.
    So when you're in a 1vX situation the best thing you can do is be reactive and hold the line until help arrives, for this, the feat I use is hard to kill over the hammer throw simply for the damage reduction, also use bastion as a perk this will help your survivability a lot.

    He gains renown for assisting teammates and defending points. He is not a character that's about getting kills, like I said he's a support character, so supporting your teammates and getting assists will give you renown quick, keep this in mind early game to help you get your feats faster.

    I've only got him to rep 3 so I'm still not very experienced with him yet, but I hope this helps.
