Refuses to go full screen now

I dont know what this hulda patch did to my pc but i have searched far and wide over the internet for a fix to my problem. That problem being that my game refuses to leave windowed or borderless windowed mode now. If it goes into borderless window mode my game goes from 120 frams(fullscreen frames from before this patch) to an average of 9 with a max of 20.
I have a dell G7 15 gaming laptop, never had issues like this before. I have been waiting for this new hero since year three road map was posted, this hero is the sole reason i bought the pass, to get early access and then this sh!t happens. After hours of trying everything and triple trying it i have nothing to show for it. From messing with game files, and geforce drivers and re installing the game even, nothing has worked in the slightest.
Please, for the love of God help me play my favorite game

    SAme

Because the game uses the wrong GPU, Go game's setting to display and look games uses your weak video card. I even used Nvidia control panel and forced for the honor to use my Nvidia GPU but the game doesn't care about that so I also can't make fullscreen because of a weak video card.

right now all we can do is disable our intel card in device manager. However it still wont go fullscreen so you gotta play borderless for now. On they said they are looking for a solution on their twitter. I hope it gets fixed soon.

    Hey Veganskinner,

    Thank you for reaching out!

As Sublime_Onions has said, we are aware of the issue and the dev team are looking into it.

For now you can play it in Borderless mode, by disabling the Integrated GPU in your device manager.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.
