If you are having this issue, please try unplugging your Xbox One from the power, internet, controllers, etc for two minutes. This will clear the cache. Let me know if that helps!

Still broken for me. Bought Advanced Excersises on my 360 and I still can't download to either my hard-wired original XBox One nor my wifi XBox One X. I've done the hard reset (hold power button until it shuts down) and wait a couple of minutes, turn back on and leave it alone for an hour to re-index on both. DLC Doesn't show up in the manage game ready to install, and when I find it in the store it wants to charge me again.

I'd like to get the Gary Moore pack, but I'll be waiting.

Doesn't help. Have done everything up to and including a factory reset.
    Issue isn't with the cache.
Accessing the stores on computer shows the same results.

Xbox 360 store shows as Already owned, Xbox 1 store shows as Buy for $2.99.
Have checked this against other tracks I own and they show as Install on My Devices.

This has been going on for 2 months in my case and at least 5 weeks for others.

There is obviously something wrong with whatever links Xbox 360 purchases to Xbox 1.

    Please fix this.

Would not be shocked if next announcement is Rocksmith end-of-life support for XBox360.

We all know this will happen, eventually.

Maybe this is the swift push I need to ween myself completely off that old console.

True. My guess is there are still enough people using it on the 360 to make it worth the time
and effort to compile the songs. Most are probably using it as a backup console, others have it
mainly to play Rocksmith. Keeping the dlc forward usable generates a lot of goodwill towards
    Rocksmith and UbiSoft.

    Speculation on

My guess is they will drop 360 support about the time Xbox 2 (or whatever they call it) comes out.
Rocksmith RE-Remastered will come out for XB2 and as an update for XB1. The 360 won't get an update
and no additional dlc will be made for it. Any owned dlc at that point will still be forward usable.

It is easy to forget that Rocksmith is not backward compatible, its dlc is forward usable.
I'm not aware of any other game that has this. That added to the insane amount of dlc
has to make keeping the entitlements synced difficult.

    Speculation off
Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

    Hi All,

Just to add that I am getting the same issue.

I have purchased the following on the XB360 and they are not appearing for download in the XBOne version.

    Indie Rock Song Pack
    Manic Street Preachers Song Pack
    Rocksmith Advanced Exercises, Vol 1
    The Pretty Reckless Song Pack

I purchased The Pretty Reckless and Rocksmith Intermediate Exercises, Vol 1 at the same time. Intermediate Exercises are downloadable on the XBone, the Pretty Reckless are not.
Excluding Rocksmith Intermediate Exercises Vol1 the last DLC I downloaded that appears on the XBOne is Rockin' Covers Song Pack II.

When listing the DLC in the XBOne (the square button on the dash) I have just over 1000 DLC downloads installed.

I would like to purchase the Gary Moore pack, but was wondering if it is helpful at all holding off and purchasing at a time when the issue could be diagnosed.

I have done the standard power down the console and unplug like other people but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I have also purchased other items for the XBOne via the website and these downloaded and installed correctly.

Has the issue yet been tracked down and a fix is waiting in the wings or is this still at an investigatory stage?
I am happy to also raise the issue with Microsoft if it helps?

    Thanks
    Robert.

    Thanks BeastlyBeastly,

That confirms the date this started.
It's not just the new dlc that is affected.
If you had bought any of the Jane's Addiction or Papa Roach packs
in the past, could you check if they are still playable for you in game.

    Thanks

    Hi Rev Null,

I have purchased Papa Roach:Last Resort as a single and I do have the Jane's Addition Packs.
I'll check these tonight and let you know if they are playable.

Let me know if anyone would like me to check anything else and I'll do my best

    Thanks
    Robert.

Can you all check again to see if you can download these songs? To the best of my knowledge the Rocksmith team and Microsoft looked into this, and it should be working normally at this time.

Still not working. Unplugged everything from the Xbox for 15 minutes.

This is a lot like what happened when Rocksmith first came to the Xbox 1.
If memory serves Dan Amrich was the main person keeping us updated.
He may remember what caused the problem back then.
