Great news that it seems like this is finally going to be resolved. I was really starting to lose hope, but better late than never. Hopefully going forward onto the Series X (whether through BC or a new game) this is never an issue again. Sometime soon I'll probably start catching up on DLC since I didn't want to buy any during this.

What a great surprise! I didn't think it would get fixed.
I've now pretty much bought all the packs that have been released since the issue first occurred. Also looking forward to the Aerosmith pack!

Hopefully the few remaining stragglers will get fixed soon!

Thanks to Ubisoft support for finally understanding and fixing the issue, and all the people here reporting on the status of the problem.

I can confirm that purchasing new packs works ( After buying a load I got worried that the fix may have only applied to already purchased DLC ).

Women Who Rock Song Pack II : Could download the other 2 songs except The Go-Go’s - “We Got the Beat” wich shows only available for purchase
Amaranthe Song Pack : All songs still show only available for purchase
Intermediate Exercises Volume 02 Pack : Still shows only available for purchase
Papa Roach Song Pack : Could download the other 2 songs except for Last Resort wich shows only available for purchase
