This implies it is indeed a technical issue and not a programmatic/financial issue between UBISoft/Microsoft. Can you confiirm?

I've been playing ping pong to keep the ticket open, which has been open since Tue, 20 Aug 2019 13:04 UTC+0.
The frustrating part is that the support agents do not seem to read through the tickets or understand the problem.
I was getting hopeful as I had replies that said the issue was escalated to dev and then another ticket to say that it is being investigated and well in progress.
I then get a reply which I think was telling me that Xbox360 DLC content doesn't work and needs to be repurchased on the XBone. I sent a reply with the FAQ which was originally posted by Dan.

Yes. You will be able redownload any DLC you have purchased within the same console family for no additional charge. That is, any DLC you have purchased on Xbox 360 can be downloaded on Xbox One, and any PlayStation 3 DLC can be downloaded on PlayStation 4. If you own a lot of DLC, this may be time consuming on a track-by-track basis, but you only have to download each track once. "

The sad thing is the consumers who are keen to get this working will be the people who have been with Rocksmith for several years probably with a sizeable amount of money invested.

I did break and purchase "Still Got the Blues" on XBOne. If DLC was available on both platforms as it should be I would have purchase the whole pack (and a whole lot of others).

Keep fighting the good fight everyone!! Hopefully we will be able to get Rocksmith DLC on both platforms again.

I posted a few months ago that I encountered the same problem with the Gary Moore song pack. I haven't purchased any DLC since then, nor will I until MS or Ubi resolve these issues. I sent a trouble ticket a while back as well and, like all of you, received the typical unhelpful canned response. I just wanted to post a quick update in case somebody from Ubi is looking at this...one can only hope!

There is a "glitch" on a PS4 song that has been unresolved for over a year. With this problem XBox One problem heading into 5 month territory, I am losing hope.
