I have been a rocksmith user since the original game so I know how dlc works on the xbox systems.

Please look at this thread on your own support forum and quit replying with
useless and pointless information.

The problem is that your permission system is messed up in some way and 2 packs of older dlc (Papa Roach and Jane's Addiction) and the 14 most recent dlc
packs are not transferring to xbox one. And before you say anything its not an issue of transferring them as singles.

I completely understand that you're mad right now but the reason we've been sending those steps is because by all accounts the information we are providing to you should have worked and allowed you to install the games you had previously purchased on the 360. I'll be providing the link again

Hopefully that means what it says. I would suggest anyone else missing dlc either open a ticket or reopen if you already have one. Let them know you've been through all the standard steps for installing dlc and it doesn't work. It may take 3 or 4 messages to them before you get someone who will think for themselves and not just following the support script.

Include the link to this thread and ask them to read it before replying.

If enough of us can get front line support to escalate it to the dev team it might get fixed.

Any word at all on this? I can provide detailed information on what's happening on my systems again, although I think this problem is pretty easy to reproduce. Just buy a somewhat recent song on Xbox360 and then go to Xbox One with the same account and watch it not be available for download.

I'm in email hell with UBI tech support. They're acting like it's the first time they've heard of this problem. Asked me to provide screenshots of the 400+ DLC songs I purchased to prove that i bought them and then screenshots of all the DLC on my XboxOne to prove that they didn't transfer.

I provided a couple of screenshots to show some DLC that didn't transfer but am not going to upload a hundred screenshots to show all of my Rocksmith DLC to them. Not optimistic that they're going to solve this. They appear disorganized and not interested in identifying the problem.

They didn't review this thread at all.

Maybe it's time to get a lawyer? That would get their attention.

Hey PentatonicBluz were you able to play them before on your Xbox one or did they never transfer. For most of us the ones bought before this started were playable on the Xbox One. Then sometime in early to mid June they stopped working.

Would be interesting to see which ones you are missing.

What we need is someone at one of the gaming news sites to write this up. That would probably get them to do something. Heck they haven't even posted a warning about this on their own support site.
