1- I'm Brazilian, so maybe this behaviour in MatchMaking system is exclusive from the South American Servers.
2- sorry for my bad writing, english is not my native language and i still have some serious issues learning the language.

Now, lets talk about the issue here. Its been some time that i've been kinda seeing some weird stuff with matchmaking, especially when looking for a match and droping me in a lobby full of BOTs, but there's an issue that i think is gamebreaking.

Lately i can't find any Ranked Duels or even some Breach matches, and the behaviour from this matchmaking erros is always the same.
its basically this error (0002001512)


But, the most interesting thing is that the timing is always the same whe the Matchmaking drops, so i really want to help you guys to fix this!

That last one is really interesting because i am unranked, and another person that's also unranked was also queuing with me, and yet the game dropped us both out of the matchmaking.
