    For me it is the same problem!
    I didn’t get the caches! The things what I try!
    - logout on the game and close it! And restart the game.
    -switch to a another character !
    - hard reset my xbox .
    Still I didn’t get it . The only thing what i’m Thinking of is uninstal the game ! and reinstall it 😅. That is the only thing what I can think of to get the free stuf

    Hey everybody! Can you please do another login today and tell us if you still have not received the Care Package? When logging in, head over to any Stash and open it, go to the "Mail Box" tab and then to the "Grant" tab. You should see 3 Caches there. You can also find the new backpack trophy in the Apparel menu.

    Hi,

    I logged off. I did a hard reset on my xbox one x and done everything and still no care package. Is it a bug that was semi fixed? Will it be addressed in the maintenance tomorrow? I checked with my friends and none of them have gotten it either.

    Still nothing

    We log and relog and rebot 3 days but nothing. Why?
    I don't want reset to scratch the xbox.
    Seems useless!

    Same story here as well. No grants received when I check the stash. I've tried:

    - Going to the XBox Home screen, quit Division 2 from there.
    - Restarted the console
    - Cold started Div 2.
    - Checked for caches again in the grants, not there.
    - Logged out
    - Created a new character
    - Logged out
    - Logged back in as original character
    - Still no caches.
