Make sure to check the "Grants" tab in your Stash. If it doesn't appear in the "Grants" tab, let us know!

The care package is given to all players who log into the game between July 26th and August 13th. For more information about the care package, see this post.

People have already said they haven’t got it and I can only speak for myself when I say that of course I checked my mail box in my stash - I mean that’s obvious and still nothing
(My clan chat points that this isn’t an isolated issue as A few Xbox players having issue)

Just logged on to play division 2 and i didn't get the package which is a shame so many people are having this issue.

Yeah same nothing there for me either. all i want is the cool trophy as for the items am sure my mat bank will enjoy the extra mats

This should now be fixed.
