Rollback while upgrading | Forums

Hello!

I had a rollback today making me loose all the cards, gold and materials I used. Card was Pocahontas Randy, I upgraded it from lvl1 to 3, was supposed to have 21/25 cards after that, but then the pop up with Kenny saying « impossible to make a pvp game » or so poped up and I was roll backed to lvl1 card, but all the stuff I used to upg it before was lost, including the cards, now I have 12/25..
is there anything doable?
