Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Unlimited. Have you played at least five dances? This is the main requirement to unlock JD Unlimited.
Unlocking all songs and features in Just Dance 2019 (Including Just Dance Unlimited)

If you have and you still can't access it, please reach out to our Support Team directly.

I have just downloaded, just dance 2019 for the switch and purchased a 30 day unlimited subscription but it won't work? Any fixes? I have a linked subscription and a very stable internet

I bought my daughter Just Dance 2019 for PS4 in April with Move for her 9th birthday. I enabled the free month without any problems and my daughter danced to about 100 songs.
I bought the 1 year subscription in the Playstation Store but months later I still can't get in. For months I've been paying for now reason.
I opened all possible required ports to TCP and UDP (80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480 and 3074).
I also get the same error message when I click on Subscribe in the game.
