My Mysterion is currently Lvl 2 but in PvE he’s only showing as Lvl 1. So far he’s the only card I’ve noticed this issue

My username is same in game. The new event is not letting me get reward packs. It's showing just the red number for packs won ( a little red 4) but the image to click is not there. And I can't claim the rewards. It Was working before this recent event

Same here, this happened a few events back, players including myself have put reports foward
