Can we please have a mode where youre only allowed to play year 1 heros? Since Marching Fire the game has been feeling broken, lazy, and relatively stupid. Most new characters come out with about a two or three attack chain not including bashes. Seems like the newer characters are suppose to be easier to play with fewer weaknesses. This isnt fun anymore.

What happened to long fun complicated combo chains? Instead of these characters nice 3 move combos or infinite heavy attack chains. Less skill, more gimmicks.

I think to say the new update is broken, lazy and stupid is a bit harsh but feedback and discussion is always welcome in the community. I think with any update, there is going to be an adjustment period, particularly with balance and how they play with the current meta of the game.

I don't think creating a mode just to alienate players who don't play Y1 heroes is a good idea. You'd shoot yourself in the foot as you're basically splitting up the playerbase and cause mm to take much longer. Ngl I absolutely hate BP's guts, but I wouldn't want an extra mode to just not face him. But I agree on the chains. I also want more complicated chains rather than the lazy heavy/execution gimmick Hito has for example.

My god, I would LOVE a mode that was only original characters.

What I would love and will probably never happen is some factionwar related game mode, where you can only play your/the same faction's characters. Rpg wise it is sometimes weird that 4 factions fight together agains 3.

If you want to go back to the horrible defensive meta,sure.But i don't think you'll enjoy it.
