Hi Ubisoft.... You have a BIG issue with the Battle Pass that allowed many players (I know about 3) to collect their Battle Pass packs rewards TWICE!
I didn't do anything wrong, once I open the app there was a message saying "ops, there was a problem with your battle pass rewards" the app re-started automatically and then I had ALL my battle pass pack to claim for the SECOND TIME!!!
You MUST fix this, I'm pretty sure I'm the first lucky boy to report this to you... It happend on my 2nd account and not my main.... (that's why)
If you can take all the double rewards back (from EVERYONE that had this bug) do it NOW.... if you can't, allow EVERYBODY to collect their packs for the SECOND TIME like those lucky boys who were hit by the bug since you guys messed up and leave just someone with double rewards won't be fair!

If this is true then 100% let everyone collect again. That is an insane imbalance between players if you really allowed this.
