I believe every character in the game screams at the beginning of that emote, including female Hitokiri. Only male Hitokiri doesn't. That makes the emote much less fun. Could you please add a scream to his emote?

Female Hito whispers too, but she screams in the emote. At least add something that is audible.

It’s not a bug or an oversight. The scream that they use is the same scream the characters make when they’re ledged. The male hitokiri doesn’t have a scream, it’s more of raspy hiss, so they can’t make him do it for the emote.

Maybe some characters use the same scream as the one when they're ledged, I don't know. But female Hitokiri doesn't. Neither does Shaolin (unless it's an abbreviated version). They're different screams.
Not to mention that there is no hissing in the emote for male Hitokiri, and it's utter nonsense to say that "they can't make him do it". If the characters use the same screams as the ledging ones, then they absolutely can add it to the male Hitokiri emote.
