    Improper Damage Calculation

I believe there is a bug when it comes to recalibrating weapon skills which provide increased weapon damage. Today I picked up a Military M60 E4 which had a base damage of 32.0k. Seeing that this weapon had higher damage than my Black market M60 with the unhinged talent I went and recalibrated the M60 E4. I removed the optimist talent (3% damage for every 10% ammo missing from your magazine) and added the unhinged talent (20% weapons damage at the cost of 35% handling). Now I'm not sure how the math is worked out but my damage increase was only 1.1k. Obviously you don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that 20% of 32k is much closer to 6k and not 1.1k. Can someone please correct this error or explain how a weapon damage increase of 20% equals 1.1k. This isn't the first time I've noticed the 20% increase being lower than what a calculator would tell you, but it is the most significant discrepancy I have come across.

dont have to be a rocket scientist to see you gave up a talent that did damage (optimist)(3% damage for every 10% ammo missing from your magazine which automatically lowered your weapons base dmg, then you placed the new talent on top of that base damage

you lost something, gained something, and still ended up ahead. math... its a funny thing

the different between those 2 talents is... you guessed it... 1.1k dps

But you're refering to what damage? The one that is shown in the gun in the menu or damage in the shooting range?
