I have solved my emblem problem. GWX came out with an expansion patch, 1.02. A conflict with SH3 Commander (even after rollback) would not let install the patch so I removed entire game & all files. I Re-installed every thing over. I will see what happens after my 1st mission. Now that I have read some of your questions I do remember that I did do some art work on one TGA file. My tinkering more than likely caused the problem.
