A 700 ms heavy with 100 ms hyper armourstartup that can be charged at any point into a 40 damage unblockable heavy is worse than a 1000 millisecond heavy with no hyper armour???
    Wtf??

Hitokiri's heavies are just MUCH better in general,100 ms hyper armour startups on neutral heavies are invaluable. Also charging makes it much better than raider

Every hero has dodge into guard break. That is not Hito specific so that doesn't change my statement.

False. Raider's HA on in combo heavies comes out 300ms into 1000ms heavies. The only time this is different is his finishers. His heavy finishers get HA 100ms into them. Side heavy finishers are 800ms and top is 1000ms.

Both heros can trade into offense on reaction. Hito is always capable of this. Raider's situation depends on the move. He can reaction trade into dodge attacks and long recovery moves. Every other trade he makes is a prediction trade. So as far as trading goes Hito is far better at it.

Damage doesn't matter all that much because hitokiri can trade much more. Also we're rating heavies here, not the followups from them.Hitokiri just flat out has better heavies. There's no argument here.

Here's a pro tip ;- Don't throw attacks like a scatterbrain and give the hitokiri free trades.Baiting is a thing.
